Owner, Zelko Francic, brings a world of experience — literally — to his core commitment to customer care. His career took him to various countries with diverse cultures and various ways of doing business. He learned quickly that success depended on his ability to listen to his customers, try to put himself in their shoes and deliver on their expectations rather than trying to sell them something they didn’t want or need.
In launching SmartClean™, Francic knew that commercial property owners and managers often face challenges ensuring that buildings are properly cleaned and maintained by reliable professionals. He understood that a building’s cleanliness directly reflects on their company’s image and their tenants’ satisfaction.

Vice President of Operations
Sasha Francic is Vice President of Operations for SmartClean™ Cleaning & Maintenance. For the past four years, he has been an educator in Taiwan, where he coached basketball and volleyball and oversaw the Fine Arts Department at Ivy Collegiate Academy. Sasha holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health from Iowa State University. With his diverse background and international experience, he is keen on forming lasting relationships with customers and ensuring SmartClean™ is held to the highest standards.
